Museum of the Moon at the Natural History Museum_0007.JPG

Museum of the Moon, created by UK artist Luke Jerram, is a huge six-metre glowing lunar sculpture featuring detailed NASA imagery.

The artwork has been touring the world since 2016 and arrives at the Natural History Museum in time for the 50th anniversary of the Apollo 11 Moon landing.

Beam collaborated with the Natural History Museum’s design team and Luke Jerram to create the lighting for the space.  Beam were also tasked with lighting COMPANION: MOON, an interactive performance by theatre makers Coney HQ which will run alongside the artwork in summer 2019.
