Lucy Record, Senior Lighting Designer 

Lucy has extensive experience delivering creative, bespoke lighting design.  

After studying Theatre Design at Central St Martins, Lucy honed her lighting skills in London’s theatre scene before joining the Akram Khan Dance Company on an International Tour. 

Lucy went on to work for Imagination, designing the lighting of large-scale events for brands such as Jaguar Land Rover, Canon and Bloomberg.   

In 2016 Lucy earned a Masters in Lighting at The Bartlett, UCL in which she focused on the environmental impact of lighting. 

Lucy has since designed for many museum exhibitions, high-profile events and TV.   

She is highly collaborative, working closely with clients, suppliers and technicians to create innovative and beautiful lighting solutions. 

Lucy is passionate about integrating narrative into the lighting scheme, using the dynamics of light to bring ideas to life.
